Use the information on this page to learn about our recruitment process, what to expect, and how to prepare for your interview. Step 1

Applying Online

To apply for a role with us, all you have to do is:

•  Choose the role you want to apply for
•  Submit your CV and cover letter
•  Answer a few additional questions
•  Click submit

Don't worry, it won’t take long!

Step 2

Screening & Telephone Interview

After submitting your online application, our Talent Team will review it and get back to you as soon as they can. If your application is successful we will then invite you to a first stage telephone interview.

Step 3

Face-to-Face Interview

After a successful telephone interview, you will be invited for a face-to-face interview. This will be with a member of management and will consist of some 'getting to know you' questions as well as some in-store exercises or testing.

If it is a Head Office role, this is for you to get a real insight into working with us!

Step 4

Joining the family

If you are successful at the final interview stage, you will receive a call from our Talent Team to confirm your new role and when you will get to join the Savers family. When you come on board with us you will be sent our Onboarding link, this will help you prepare for your first day with us and has useful information and videos.

Please note, if you are successful for a Sales Assistant or Supervisor role when the Talent Team gets in contact to verbally offer you a role, you will need to provide them with your date of birth.
