We provide all new permanent and temporary employees, whether employed on a full-time or part-time basis, with a full induction programme. The purpose of the induction is to integrate you into the organisation in order that you are encouraged to become an effective and motivated member of the Savers team.
In addition to the Company Induction, individual induction plans are flexible to accommodate the different needs and experience of each new employee within their role. These are built into your induction plan and are regular reviews with your Line Manager, which provide the opportunity to review your progress during the induction period, and to identify and discuss any learning and development needs.
