Outline of role

We are looking for people to be Supervisor/Team Leader who have a positive can-do attitude, passionate about our products and merchandising as well as enjoying working as part of a team and leading when required. Your role at Savers as a non-customer facing role however you will be one of the superheroes behind the of keeping stock levels high as well as leading the delivery team. In addition, you will be involved in supporting the management team to achieve delivery targets and store targets.

In addition, you will be involved in supporting the management team to achieve store targets. It is a great experience working in a fast-paced and fun environment that will prepare you for even bigger challenges. Savers Supervisors are extremely important to us, we recognise that you could be our Assistant Managers of tomorrow.

We will actively develop your skills and offer real career progression supported by our excellent in-house training.
