With the continuing growth of the business we are looking for an experienced commercial finance analyst that is familiar with stock, margin, sales and other areas of modern commercial finance. The key purpose of the role is to support the commercial director, senior executive team, buying and supply chain teams with value-adding information and insight to meet business objectives. As Savers is part of a larger group, you will be dealing with stakeholders both in the UK and overseas. If you want to make a difference, we are looking for you.
You will provide analysis and financial support for selected product categories. This involves sales and margin analysis, managing promotional funding and retrospective supplier income agreements and helping the commercial and supply chain teams better manage stock purchases.
You will be expected to support with forecasting and budgeting month end
accounting requirements and ad hoc commercial analysis. Be ready to step up and
fill in for other team members and the Commercial Finance Manager where needed.
Working closely with the Commercial Director and Commercial team in co-ordinating supplier funding.
In co-operation with supply chain and commercial teams, you will provide insight to help the business achieve its stock targets. You will be working with stock weeks cover, slow moving stock and availability, and help the teams outside Finance set their targets and achieve them.

ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified/ part qualified with retail experience
Strong Excel (VBA ideal)
Previous experience with Oracle Financials and SAP Business Objects
