Are you level-headed and great with people? Then working in Customer Service may be the job for you. It's reassuring for our customers to know that our team are there to respond to any issues raised by email or on social media and to deal with them quickly.

Got eagle eyes?

Know retail security and the law? Want to help us protect our people and our profit? As a member of our security team, you’ll help us control losses due to theft in stores, stock control errors and other factors. You’ll help us assess risk and create anti-shrinkage solutions.

Confident negotiator?

Based at Dunstable, the Commercial department are responsible for getting the right products at the right price, it's a fast moving and high-volume business. Getting the right price and the best deal for our customers supports key metrics such as items per basket and average transaction values... all of which contributes significantly to the overall Company performance.

The skills we look for include commercial awareness, numeracy, negotiating skills, IT literacy, planning and prioritising, analytical thinking, drive and resourcefulness. You'll need to enjoy a strong team culture and have the confidence to work in a stand-alone supplier base within a demanding trading category.
